Yet, we give it our best and try to move on. How many times you started things and never finish it? how many times did you felt that you getting angry quickly?       ماذا اريد من …….؟

      حدد اهدافك في الحياة والعمل وعلاقاتك. أطلق العنان وفكر بإيجابية لان من مقومات الشخصية القوية، الإيجابية في التفكير. حول احلامك الي اهداف كبيره وعظيمة

      ضع خطة عمل لتحقيق تلك الأهداف

      حدد المعوقات وسبل التعامل معه

      ٢- التعبير عن رايك بوضوح

      الشخصية القوية تظهر عند التعامل مع الاخرين ومن اهم النصائح عند التحدث هو النظر في العين فصاحب النظرة الواثقة عند التحدث يعكس ثقته بنفسه وبما يعبر عنه. الشخصية القوية تعكس مقدار الثقة بالنفس عدم قدرتك على النظر طويلا للطرف الاخر يعكس عدم المامك بالموضوع او عدم قدرتك على اتخاذ القرار. قد يبدو لك امرا بسيطا ولكنه يترك اثر كبيرا في الطرف الاخر

      ٥- الاستماع الجيد وعدم التسرع في الرد

      عندما تتحدث مع شخصا اخر تتسارع الأفكار داخلك لتجهيز الرد المقابل لما يقال وهو ما يفقدك القدرة على الاستماع الجيد والانصات. ويحدث هذا كثيرا عند اختلاف الآراء ومما يؤدى الي صعوبة الموقف. لبناء شخصيه قوية يجب ان تستمع وتنصت لما يقال وتقوم بتدريب عقلك على الاستماع للنهاية بدون التسرع في الرد.

          ما هي خطوات بناء شخصيه قوية؟ 

          ما يلي خمس نصائح لبناء شخصيه قوية وهيا اول مرحله في بناء شخصيه قوية هو ان تحدد الوضع الحالي وتقييم شخصيتك وتتعرف على نفسك ومنها تنطلق في بعض الخطوات الهامة للتغير والوصول الي شخصيه قوية تتمتع بالقدرة على التعبير واتخاذ القرار بطريقه ناجحة لتحقيق اهدافك 

          ١- اعرف نفسك وملامح شخصيتك 

          البداية بتحديد ما تحب وما تكره. نقاط قوتك ونقاط ضعفك. معتقداتك. ما هو الصح والخطأ عندك. ما هو المقبول والمرفوض. ما هيا محفزات الثقة بالنفس لديك، ما هيا المواقف الي تشعر بالضعف فيها، من الأشخاص الذي تشعر معهم بالتوتر او الضيق ومن الأشخاص الذي تشعر معهم بالارتياح والإيجابية وما الي ذلك من اساله تقودك نحو معرفه نفسك وتكوين شخصيتك  

          ٢- تقبل ضعفك وتسامح مع نفسك 

          الضعف سمه بشريه وطبيعية والهروب من احساس الضعف يقودك الي التوتر والخوف والاجتهاد في اخفاء هذا الجانب أمام الآخرين وبالتالي الميل الي الانطواء وعدم التعامل مع العالم الخارجي الا في أضيق الحدود

           لبناء شخصيه قوية يجب ان تتقبل ضعفك وتقبل احتمالات ظهوره امام الآخرين وانه امر طبيعي و عند تقبل ذلك ستتسامح مع نفسك وتري الجانب الجميل من شخصيتك و سينعكس هذا علي تعاملاتك

          التحديات سمه الحياة والفشل وارد حدوثه ولكن تقبل هذا يعتبر امر صعب لدي الكثير وتميل الي لوم الآخرين او جلد الذات واستمرار التعامل بتلك الطريقة مع كل خطأ او فشل تمر بيه يزيد من حزنك والضيق والحالة النفسية السلبية وهو ما يضعف من شخصيتك

              Balance in life is simple yet complicated for everyone. You feel stretched from many directions such as work, family, financial liabilities, personal goals, and more. Which makes you feel overwhelmed, stressed, exhausted and lose hope. If you feel so, you need to relook in your life and dive deep into finding your balance in life.

              Living with a balance in life means you are living in harmony and going with the life ups and downs. It comes in emotional and physical forms. Balance in life can be in the form of finding time to achieve what you want, finding time to spend with family or finding time for your hobby. It is the balance in all aspects of life.

              Follow those 7 Dynamic Strategies for Creating a Life that Works to start the balance in a life journey.

              The following 5 ways will make you reach a balance in life and reduce stress. Every step will be followed by a question that I ask my clients in such situations during life coaching or career coaching sessions to bring insights to you.

              1- Life assessment as it is now

              Before you take any step toward finding the balance in life you will need to assess your current situation. The first step is to take a self-assessment for your life. List down your life aspects such as family, work, health, etc. on a scale of 1-10 (where 1 is not satisfied at all and 10 is absolutely satisfied) rate your level of satisfaction in every aspect of your life. That will give you a clear overview of how your life stands now and reflects areas where you least satisfied.

              Which areas in life are you overwhelmed with right now?

               

              2- Eliminate, Eliminate, Eliminate

              It is self-explanatory, simply let go and eliminate are the non-important aspects in your life. Those that take lots of space in your mind and affect your emotions which at the end affect your balance in life negatively. Take some time with yourself and practice self-reflection to define things in your life which is not important and eliminate them wither to get rid of them or delegate someone to do it for you.

              3- Avoid multi-tasking

               Imagine your life as a backpack, now start to fill it with work, spouse, kids, friends, toxic people, people who you care about, loans, lifestyle needs, hobbies, and more. How would you feel? How heavy the backpack is becoming? That happens when you can’t say NO

              Balance in life is about regulating it, setting boundaries and avoiding the illusion of multi-tasking which you are getting fooled with. Time is the only unchanged factor in life, work on organizing it after eliminating what is not important you will find a space to make your life backpack less heave and slowly gain the balance in life.

              If you have all the time you need in life, what will be the first thing you do?

              4- Recharge your self-battery

              Balance in life won’t be achieved if you’re constantly stretched out and stressed that will makes you overwhelmed and burnout. Take time to recharge yourself through a quiet relaxing time with yourself, family, friends, practice meditation, have a good sleep, exercise and anything else that makes you feel good.

              What makes you happy and fulfilled?

               

              5- Define your priorities

               

              It may sound simple and over spoken but one major aspect of finding balance in life is defining your priorities through setting your life and work goals, making them SMART goals and achieve them. When you define your priorities in life inaccurate way you will take care of what is important for you and won’t suffer or run out of resources. Warren Buffett has a great strategy you can use which is called 5/25 strategy for setting your goals for success.

                  Everyone wants a balance in life that works effectively, whether that means harmonious relationships, a happy family life, a successful career, or the achievement of an important mission. People with successful lives take certain actions consistently.

                  Let’s face it, life can sometimes feel like a roller-coaster that takes you all way up and down so fast without even realizing or being in control. Life can be as a backpack full of liabilities, unachieved goals, troubles and tough times that makes you stressed and may feel that you are not grounded,

                  A balance in life means you are in control of the important aspect in your life, prevent yourself from being stretched from all directions and on the edge all the time. Finding balance in your life also means that you are in control of your heart and mind.

                  These seven tactics shall bring more satisfaction to your life and enable you to find balance in life.

                  1- Define the Rules

                  Rules are made to be broken! People use this seeking freedom however, on the contrary, to find balance in life you need to define your own rules and your life blueprint.  Following your rules creates harmony in your life and relations. Be clear with people around you, lets them understand your rules and boundaries. Rules are not fixed for a lifetime, things change around you, hence you should be able to reevaluate your rules and change them the best the suits you. It is a dynamic process.

                  2- Turn Refusals into opportunities

                  We cannot please everyone nor organize our lives based on what others want. However, we can achieve our maximum potential. Refusals and failures are learning opportunities.

                  understand that you will face resistance when you attempt to do good things. Allow that to strengthen your resources to become more mindful.

                  Finding balance in life comes from within not the external factors, hence spend time to define your values and beliefs.

                  Values: the ethics and standards that stand important for you in life and define what is right and wrong for you.

                  Beliefs: the acceptance that something is true and exists

                  Values and beliefs differ from one to another, hence, to find balance in life, you should define yours to understand how you perceive the world.

                  5- Avoid assuming

                  This is one of the most difficult tactics, due to you and all of us never stop assuming what the others think or perceive things. This happens in a meeting, discussion with your spouse, family, friends, etc. we even jump into the others’ heads to assume what they will say next and quickly we jump to answers while we did not even listen to what they say. You should stop assuming right now, instead, start to actively listen and ask questions that will enable you to manage things effectively and reach the balance in life you are looking for.

                      10 Tips for Working from Home for Dubai residents

                      Dubai has directed all private sector establishments to start a work from home scheme for 80 percent of its employees. If you’re new to working from home, these tips will help you stay productive and maintain balance.

                      The COVID-19 is keeping people at home and most of the world is on lockdown, Dubai Economy announced as a part of precautionary measures to protect the public from the spread of coronavirus that all private sector companies and commercial establishments, excluding pharmacies, co-operative societies and supermarkets must implement a remote work system for 80 percent of their employees.

                       

                      If you’re new to the work from home lifestyle, you’ll need to change some of your habits and routines to make work from home a success and to manage different challenges you may face such as How do you keep from getting distracted with domestic duties? How do you handle your boss? How do your work while kids around? where to work? and how to maintain life and work balance?

                       

                      Here are 10 tips for more productive work from home life, based on my experience and what I’ve learned from others.

                      1- Adhere to Regular Hours

                      Ensure that working hours are predefined between you and your employer during the work from home period, that is applied if your company based in Dubai or any other Emirates. Having clear guidelines for your working hours helps in maintaining work-life balance. That said, that situation may require extending working hours and your support will be appreciated by your management hence make sure if you will work for extra hours to manage your day to avoid any negative effect on your mental or physical health.

                      2- Maintain a Morning Routine

                      Being a work from home starter means a change in your routine. No more dressing up and going to the office at the exact time, meeting your co-workers, boss, clients, etc. that change may become a challenge when you start working from home. Hence define what do you do in the morning that triggers an indication that you are about to start work? It might be making a cup of coffee. It might be returning home after the gym. It might be getting dressed. Make sure that you keep that routine daily. Cheer out work from home will save you the wasted time in Dubai traffic and reduces the resulted stress our of that

                      3- Maintain rules with the People in your home

                      To work from home while your family will be a challenge especially if you have kids who are as well sitting at home now and practicing distance learning which is a challenge by itself. Also, many Dubai residents live in sharing or company accommodations which is a challenge as well. Don’t panic or burst anger feelings on them. Remember no one is used to the current COVID 19 situation instead open a dialogue with them, set ground rules of what that can and cannot do during your working hours.

                      4- Schedule Breaks

                      At workplace even if there is no defined break time especially that lunch break concept, not the common in Dubai and some sectors as banking, but we are used to taking breaks for lunch, pray, coffee, etc. however things may be different while you work from home especially if there is no defined lunch break in your organization and the rust issue being away from your boss. Hence take a small break between 10 to 15 minutes breaks during the working hours, inform your boss in advance and get an understanding that you will need a lunch break.

                      5- Get used to online

                      Despite all the negative a scary side of coronavirus outbreak, there is new learning for use when it comes to work from home. Online communication is the foundation of successful work from the home mechanism. I trust that many as me were not familiar with Zoom, Microsoft teams, Slak and many more video calling applications. Hence get yourself familiar with those tools. It is a shaft from one-to-one meetings to online meetings which needs a new learning style that focuses on visual and auditory skills. Currently, most of the video calling services are allowed in Dubai by the telecom operators

                      6- Maintain a daily KPIs

                      Define your daily deliverable, KPIs and targets. It is essential to ensure a productive and efficient daily outcome, building the trust between yourself and your boss is important in that shaft of how we do things. Hence maintaining daily KPIs and communicating outcomes with your boss shall empower the trust and efficiency of work from home concepts.

                      7- Check-in with co-workers and the boss several times a day

                      Culture is not ready for this sudden change especially after the Dubai announcement of 80% of companies’ manpower to work from home.                       10- Leave Home

                      Due to coronavirus precautionary measures applied in Dubai, the public movement has restrictions. When it is allowed and safe get out of the house and maintain social distance Your body needs to move. Plus, the fresh air and natural light will do you good. Avoid crowded places, take a walk in your neighborhood in Dubai, buy a coffee from a drive-through, even if it is not possible just step out to your balcony.
